How can we infuse our love and healing intentions in support of all humans and non-human beings who have been in the path of Hurricane Helene and Milton?
There are many ways we can offer our assistance to those in the Southeastern US. One way is to gather together and hold all beings in Light in the strength of our collective intentions. I have been practicing Transfiguration for 17 years, and I attribute this magical practice to my own recovery from a long and devastating illness.
Healing with Spiritual Light is an ancient, esoteric practice utilized by shamans and mystics throughout time. The practice involves going within one’s own life force and shining their own vibrational frequencies to transmute denser energies. Also called Transfiguration, this practice is spiritual alchemy, which changes heavier “lead” energies into lighter “gold” energies. Ancient mystics understood in their hearts that their light is not separate from the Light from the Creator. The energies of turbulence, suffering, and imbalances can be transmuted by this practice. We will begin by learning and reviewing how to practice the technique of Transfiguration and we will hold the region of the Southeastern US in our hearts together. We will hold the waters, the land, and all human and non-human beings in their radiance and innate Light.

You will learn first-hand what it means to hold yourself and others in Light. This is not about rationalizing our divine power in our mind, but embodying this Light as an innate understanding in our hearts and bodies. It is practicing a new way of being in the world. The Light we create within our hearts ripples out to the entire cosmos.
When we hold strong intention to see and hold radiance in a person, place, or non-human being, there are visceral effects.
